BRANCH MANAGER - GUJARAT

Location: Gujarat The aim of the position is to achieve a growing and sustainable customer base and thereby maintain existing turnover and generate new turnover in your regions. Customer satisfaction and building lasting customer relationships are central to your work.

• Primary Responsibilities to Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals for region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and encourage them to promot focused products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients and stay updated for all their activities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on given portals.
• Stay updated on latest market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Ensure day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of PLC and its working will be added advantage.
• Thorough understanding of Region and geographical mapping of customers.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Prepare/ Submit sales focrecast and set up action plans for team to achieve goals as per forecast.
• Reporting will be to Regional Manager.

• Bachelor degree in IC/ EC or equivalent.
• 10-12 years exp. in related field.
• Experience in Distributors and Key Account Management.
• Experience in using sales software and CRM systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, self-motivated and result driven approach.
• Fast learner of new technologies and passion to implement it to customers applications.
