Your role... 

• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
• Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Organizational and time management skills
• Planning and pro-actively managing the fulfillment of a customer order from Order to Acceptance
• Process Vendor registration forms and tenders
• Creation of quotation, Customer Order booking, Purchase Order generation, MIRO booking, Invoicing, Goods and inventory management and relevant reports generation in SAP.

Your profile...

• 1-5 years experience in accounting
• Working knowledge in SAP and MS Office mainly Excel, Word and Powerpoint. 
• Bachelors degree is required
