Requirements and responsibilities:

Strong verbal and written English communication

Ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions

Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Organisational and time management skills

Planning and pro-actively managing the fulfillment of a customer order from Order to Acceptance

Process Vendor registration forms and tenders.  

Customer Billing Tracking of Invoices, Compile MIS Reports


MS Office skills mainly in Excel, Word, Powerpoint

SAP knowledge for the process involving creation of quotation, Customer Order booking, Purchase Order generation, Invoicing, Goods and inventory management and relevant reports generation.
