Your New Job

          Leadership & Team Development

• Strategically build and scale a team of 5-10 software developers for our industrial SaaS platform

• Take full ownership of team performance, personnel development and hiring decisions

• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and career development conversations

• Foster a collaborative team culture and resolve conflicts constructively

• Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation within your team

   

  Technical Contribution

• Hands-on development (approx. 50%) across our full-stack application with a focus on frontend

• Ensure adoption of established processes, coding standards and best practices within your team (we work in a shared monorepo)

• Ensure software quality through unit tests, API tests and system tests with a clear focus on quality over quantity

• Participate in architecture decisions and conduct code reviews

• Collaborate closely with our German development teams within the Scrum framework

   

  Our Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern state management, 2D/3D visualization

• Backend: Node.js, relational databases, caching, real-time communication

• Infrastructure: Docker, Monorepo architecture, OAuth2/OIDC

   

  Your Profile

  Leadership

• 5+ years of experience in leading and scaling development teams

• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers

• Experience with hiring processes and building teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

   

  Technical

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record

• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript

• Solid experience with Node.js backend development

• Experience with test strategies and test automation

   

  General

• Experience working in an international company with European colleagues

• Independent, structured, quality and solution-oriented way of working

• Agile mindset and strong team and cooperation skills

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required

• GitHub profile or public projects demonstrating your skills are a plus

• German language skills desirable
